[NorESM-users] New NorESM2.0 code release

Dear all,

A new NorESM2.0 code release is now available, provided with the tag
release-noresm2.0.8. This release is backwards compatible with the
CMIP6 version of NorESM2. The main purpose for this code release is to
update the tool chain modules for Betzy, as old modules we have been
using are now being phased out. The 2.0.8 release also includes a
update of the BLOM component, mainly with structural changes to
iHAMOCC. 

A similar update release for NorESM2.1 is in preparation, and module
changes have already been brought in to the development branches
noresm2_1_develop and noresm2_3_develop.
